Kids Church Check-In Registration
Before each service, children will be checked in using a sticker system at the Calvary Bible Church Kids Check-In Station, located in the Fellowship Room. During the service, children will be guided by our volunteers to the Kids Zone (located in the basement), where they can be safely checked out after the service. This check-in system helps us keep all children safe while providing a smooth and organized process for families.
You can also sign up when you arrive at the church, but filling out this information ahead of time will make check-in quicker and easier.
Registration Instructions:
| 1. | Scan the QR code to start the registration process. |

| 2. | Enter your phone number and add your own profile. |
| 3. | Add new members to your household by pressing the plus button in the top right corner of your profile. Please add all children and spouses. |

If your kid has: a. Specific accommodations such as allergies. b. Is in grade 4 and up and you want them to have self checkout permission. Email calvarybiblechurchkids@gmail.com and these details will be indicated in their profile. |

On Sunday morning, before the service, check your children in at the Calvary Bible Church Kids Check-In Station using the last four digits of your phone number. Three stickers will be printed: two with your child's name to place on your child, and one with a unique code to keep secure for checking your child out after the service. |

At the end of the service, show the unique code to our Kids Ministry volunteers to check your child out. Only parents or trusted individuals listed on your child's profile will be authorized to check your child out. |
