Because Kids Matter to God
AWANA Club meets at Calvary Bible Church each Wednesday evening from 6:20 to 8:00 pm, during the months of September through May. The acrostic "AWANA" comes from the Bible verse: "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" (2 Timothy 2:15). By studying the Bible we can learn all we need to know to live a life approved by God. This program at Calvary Bible Church is for kids from 3 years old to grade 6, and is comprised of a number of separate age groups:
Cubbies - Boys and girls, ages 3 to 4 (must be three by Dec. 31)
Sparkies - Boys and girls, SK to grade 2
Truth and Training - Boys and girls, grades 3 to 6.
